Monitor Meltdown

I had a tech support call one time where their monitor wasn't working. It was a brand new computer, so we had to make sure it was the monitor and not the PC. During the call their monitor started to spark and smoke, then it burst into flames (maybe burst is an exageration). I told them to unplug it and get back. The fireworks stopped once they cut the power. I sent them a new monitor.

I doubt this is that monitor, but it reminded me of that call. . .
