Blogging in the Dark

So what do you do when the power goes out? Wouldn't that be a great time to update your Blog? That is what is nice about having a portable device. Instead of a laptop I got a Sony Clie ux50. It is like a really small laptop.

Unfortunately I can't post until the power come back up since my wireless access point requires electricity. I guess I could always drive to coffee shop or something.

Why is it when your power goes out you always want to know who else lost their power? Is it to make sure you are not suffering alone? And how do you decide who calls the power company? Does everyone call, or is there some system to determine who it will be. You certainly don' want to waste the power companies tim answering the phone, but at the same time you want them to realise the gravity of the situation.

At 11 PM maybe I should consider going to sleep instead of blogging. . . .
